Tokyo-based 班卡拉 Ramen has taken its international expansion one step at a time; six years after branching into Bangkok, this noodle chain finally sprang to life this week in 吉隆坡.
招牌汤
班卡拉’s的招牌汤汁(RM27 ++,带四块肥硕的叉烧)由猪骨和精制酱油制成。口感柔和,略带甜味,肥腻,但味道不如许多其他食谱浓或深。想要更豪华的质地的人可以订购随附的黄油。
